You might want to ask your surgeon if any work was done on the pretarsal or anterior lamella tissue layers.  Your skin doesn't appear to be the best quality in general and may be prone to some scaring but that area of swelling or "lumps" may be from part of the surgery (surgery that was likely performed fairly well).  In the interim you can consider PRP and maybe a little fat grafting to help with tissue quality.  That might do you ask much if not more good than a surgical revision.  See a specialist in Asian eyelid surgery.Chase Lay MDAsian eyelid surgery specialist
