Attempting surgery to achieve this would be a mistake. Especially to achieve Asian looking eyes, your eyes could easily be made to look more Asian with makeup. The size and shape of your eyes and supratarsal crease (double eyelid) are not beyond the realm of what some girls achieve surgically.
Based on your photo, your eyelids look quite nice and I would not necessarily recommend surgery. In some cases and when indicated, conservative blepharoplasty can be performed to improve/ alter the eyelid fold. See an oculoplastic specialist to learn more.
Thank you for asking the question. You already have a slight epicanthic fold. If you want to make it deeper then you may want to undergo an Asian blephroplasty or double-eyelid-surgery. You should contact a Plastic surgeon who has experience in creating such folds.Good luck!Regards, Dr. Amit Gupta
Hi mtg1996,If you are just looking for Asian looking eyes, yours is already Asian looking as some Asian eyes naturally have medial fold,, but if you are referring to oriental eyes, or those with typically clear epicanthal fold with the medial lid fold hidden, then you will need surgical intervention, however, I personally do not recommend having this procedure done since the result may not be that natural looking for you, and your eyelid fold already looks good.

The appearance and height of your creases will continue to change as your eyelids heal and the swelling resolves over the course of this year. Symmetry will likely improve as you heal, but follow up closely with your surgeon to ensure the best results.
DST or Suture double eyelid surgery leaves no perceptible scar once healed. It is not ideal for all eyelid types and its effectiveness depends on the thickness of your skin and how easily the fold forms for you. If you have a crease already it can be very effective. See a surgeon with lots of...
I perfer to create double eyes lids that looks natural on an East Asian person. What is "popular" is not what is right for you or in fact for anybody. Looking at your photograph, it appears that you also a slight ptosis (weakness of the levator muscle) of both eyelids. This needs to be addr...
