What areas of my face would benefit the most from dermal fillers to achieve a more feminine and V-shaped appearance? I dislike my heavy lower face. Would you suggest Kybella for my jowls?

I highly recommend against injecting fillers or Kybella. They are not natural and do not perform well overtime. Jowl micro-liposuction is a reasonable option. I would recommend finding an American Board of Plastic Surgery certified surgeon with experience in facial surgery.

The use of a robust HA volumizing filler for augmenting the cheeks and enhancing the ogee curve of the face would create a more feminine, oval, heart-shaped face.  It would also secondarily diminish the smile lines. The use of Kybella on the other hand, might contribute a more saggy jawline. You would be wise to consult with an experienced board certified cosmetic dermatologist filler expert. And, you would also be wise not to go in asking for a particular treatment because, to your later disappointment and frustration, you will likely get what you ask for. Using Kybella is a big mistake for the majority of individuals and it would be for you as well. As far as the facial proportions are concerned, you are correct, you lower face appears to be wider than the upper/mid face. This is purely a hereditary function obtained from your father side of the family. You should not use fillers, but you should consider fat grafting. Building more width, as well as more projection in the cheek and lower eyelid area will make you look much more proportionate and perhaps more feminine. In the right hands, the results of fat grafting are extremely natural, and practically permanent.  fat grafting can be tailored to any look desired. Based on your nicely posted photos, I might offer a combination of treatment, therapies, mini operations. To start I would use H A fillers to temple, hollow mailer, cheeks, nasal lab, fold, jawline.
