Hello, cjwells51, thank you for your question! In our practice take a holistic approach to aesthetics, and achieve some wonderful results with various nonsurgical modalities. Morpheus8, SylfirmX and ScarletRF are both fabulous treatments that combine radiofrequency with microneedling to tighten the skin as well as improve skin tone and texture. Additionally, the Agnes RF device is used for precision in smaller areas such as under the eyes or skin laxity in the lower face. It can address fat pads as well as skin laxity. PDO Threads and dermal fillers are also a great way to improve upon the results of RF-microneedling. All of this is to say that you can absolutely make improvements without surgery, if that is your preference. We wish you the best of luck in your search! The short answer is YES Robust HA fillers have been used for many years already, safely and effectively, and in all skin types for treating marionette lines. My last patient in fact yesterday had that done. The results are typically immediate and engender a "Wow!" reaction and there is typically little to no significant downtime. Don't be fooled by claims that you may encounter for this or that expensive ,fraxel laser, RF or other expensive gizmos, since the hard science for these unfortunately lag well behind the marketing hype and social media buzz. You would be wise to consult with a board certified cosmetic dermatologist filler expert and be sure to ask to see his/her personal before and after photos before agreeing to proceed. Best of luck.
Based on your photos, you appear to have a lot of volume loss around your mouth and in your chin. Depending on your examination, microdroplets Silikon 1000 injections may be considered for improving upon the radio lines around your lips, for achieving lip augmentation, and for softening the transition between your jowls and chin. Thank you for your question and I hope this was helpful! Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
From the submitted photos you will have the best results from a combination of treatments. Fillers can be used to help soften the deeper folds and improve contours. Morpheus8 can be used to help improve overall skin tone and texture. Three treatment sessions are recommended for optimal results.
Filler to the glabella area can be risky due to complications leading to vision impairment. You may want to consider options such as Morpheus8 to treat this area if Botox is not enough. It uses RF technology combined with microneedling to improve overall skin tone and texture. I've included a...
You can use your regular skin care products after your filler and Botox treatment. The only caution is to use gentle cleansing and pressure. We recommend using medical grade skin care products like Transform MD and wearing sunscreen every day.
An exam is needed to give the best recommendation for you. While filler may be an option, it is temporary and if the area is too large it may not be financially worth it. Fat grafting is the most permanent solution.
