650hp, age 25, 161cm, 50kg - can I have dermal fillers to add more volume?

Hi, I’m 24 years old ,161 and 50kg. I have breast implants 650hp . I wanna add more volume so I was thinking about dermal fillers instead of going in another surgery with bigger implants. My question is can I have dermafillers despite the fact that I already have implants? And if so will I see at least a cup size difference?
