Should I have my lip filler dissolved? Also would I benefit from chin filler? (photos)

Hi there I get lip fillers done once a year and have recently learnt about filler migration. I just want to know from a professional opinion looking at my photos would you recommend I get the filler dissolved and start again? I’m due to get a top up in October for my yearly, but wanted to ask around before I go for more. Also in regards to my chin, I’ve never really like how my chin sticks out on my side profile, and was wondering would a bit of filler in the chin crease work?

From your pictures, the only filler you may need in October, unless you significantly lose a lot of what you have, is a small amount in the lower lip to better balance it to the upper. In spite of what you read,a lot of the filler injected is essentially permanent. I wou;d definitely not recommend “dissolving” what you have. Also, regarding the chin, an expert may be able to flatten the area above the chin and below the lip.
