I’ve had nice skin with small pores most of life. No real reason to use Derma Roller but read great reviews about increasing the elasticity of skin so I wanted to give it a try. It’s been 36 hours since I used the Derma Roller (size 0.25) at home and there are pinholes throughout my face. It looks like my pores are larger. Will these go away? If so, when? Is there anything I can do reduce these? Should I see a dermatologist. Please help.
