I am considering emsculpt but not sure if I should use it for my stomach or butt. I have a very flat butt and heard emsculpt could help because it exercises the muscle but it also says it burns fat and I cant afford to lose any fat in my bottom.

For those who wish to preserve their butt volume (fat), there is a fat sparing setting. For those who wish to lose a little from their behind, there is a setting for that as well. One is for the abdomen and it not only creates improvement in the muscle mass, tone and appearance, but it also helps get rid of some of the overlying fat. The second protocol is for the buttocks (and legs and arms). It causes the improvement in the muscle, but it does NOT cause fat loss. So, in your case, an EMSculpt should improve the tone and fullness of your butt without any loss of fat.Andrew Campbell, M.D.Quintessa
