Angelina Jolie jaw/chin? What can I do to get something like that?

A full pictorial analysis is needed from various angles to better answer your question. But what fundamentally separates your jawline from your ideal goal is the jaw angle areas. Your ideal jawline has very wide, square and well defined jaw angles while you do not. You also have jaw angle asymmetry. This can only be improved by implants. Chin or jawline reduction is not going to achieve your jawline goal.
