Husband is very against implants, I want a youthful appearance after bf 2 children. Is fat transfer & lift a good idea?

think combining a breast lift with fat transfer breast augmentation could give
your breasts the more youthful profile you hope for. When fat grafting is
combined with a breast lift, you should see fuller, larger breasts that sit
higher on your chest, feel firmer, and are symmetrical again. However, it’s
very important to maintain realistic expectations about the results you can
expect to achieve. Breast augmentation performed with fat grafting provides
long-term results, but won’t give you the 2-cup size increase you say you’d
like to see. For that, you and your husband would need to come to an
understanding about breast implants being an option.

From the looks of things, you appear to be thin so you might not have much donor fat available. Your nipples are above the level of your breast fold so no "lifting" is needed.  What you have is a very classic  postpartum volume depleted breast which would do quite well with an implant. Perhaps your husband just needs to be educated about implants, he may just have some misconceptions that can easily be dispelled by a consultation with an experienced breast surgeon. For you fat transfer is definitely an option.However you may need to do 2 - 3 sessions of it in order to reach your DD goal.

Generally speaking, fat transfer will allow you to go one cup size bigger. Looking at your pictures, I think you will be best served with a breast augmentation along with a  circumareolar lift. You evaluation in person is important to make the best judgement. I recommend seeking more than one consultation with plastic surgeons in your city. If it is ok with you, it may be a good idea to have your husband with you during consultation.
