I am a 29 year old woman, 5'7'' and 145 lbs. I have asymmetrical, 32DDD & 32DD breasts and am considering a reduction. My question is: my trapezius muscles appear very overdeveloped or enlarged from the front, making it look as though I have a very short neck. This is not caused by exercise. Is it common for traps to become enlarged in women with very heavy breasts? And if so, are the muscles likely to decrease in size after a reduction?
