Choosing the right size and profile breast implants for you. I don't think you'll get an answer on a specific implant size/shape from any of the surgeons here, simply because your individual anatomy determines this.

That said, a general rule is to always use the smallest implant possible to get the upper pole fullness so as not to stretch out the breast lift in short order.

By rearranging your own tissues, the surgeon can change a flat "pancakey" breast into more of a cone shape, An implant under this often gives a nice result.

If you are already a DD then the last thing you need are implants. However, you do need a breast lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

Thank you for raising this point. Assuming the patient does not desire significant volume augmentation, I would strongly advise against an implant-based lift (augmentation mastopexy). This approach eliminates the concerns associated with a foreign body and the potential long-term complications of implants.
My assessment indicates that the patient possesses sufficient autologous breast tissue. Therefore, the ideal procedure is a mastopexy utilizing a superior pedicle technique. This method allows us to effectively preserve the glandular tissue while meticulously reshaping and rotating the parenchyma to achieve superior aesthetic outcomes, notably creating excellent upper pole fullness using only the patient's native tissue.
We would execute this lift via a vertical mastopexy scar pattern (commonly referred to as the 'Lollipop' scar).

Volumetric determination of your implant should have been established by either one of two validated methods; 3D photometric analysis or, my preference, in office sizing. Once the volume of augmentation has been determined, the desired implant width, based on your anatomy is then used to determine the profile. Finally, aesthetic goal is factored.

Based on your post photos that only show your breast I recommend a virtual consultation to see your abdomen and back. But with that said, I think this should be divided into two surgeries the tummy tuck and breast lift with a smaller implant in the 300 cc ranges indicated.
