Hi! I am a girl in my mid-twenties. I chipped my tooth & it got embedded into my lip a year ago. Then 2 months ago I finally found a dr to remove the tooth. The dr took one piece out & used one stitch. It turned out there was a larger piece of tooth further inside my lip, so I went back & the dr took a portion of my lip off & used 5 stitches along the edge of my bottom lip. I’m grateful to still have lips, but hope to eventually make my lips symmetrical & the edge to be natural again in time.
