Too much scar for revision? (Photo)

Intuitive791748
54 yrs old, mastopexy with moderate profile implants 375/410 on 3/5/2021. Surgical bra too tight per PS and caused blood flow problem with wound issue that lasted months. Been doing Silagen scar gel but puckering of tissue next to scar is lumpy and I'll be moving to a different state and didn't know if it's worth thinking of a scar revision. Should I leave well enough alone or would you recommend to a new patient to do a scar revision, and if so, would implants have to be removed?
