What’s the correct procedure to remove or lighten scar on eyelid? (photos)

Was burned by cigar when I was about 6 had it for 15 years plus and want to know what to do if possible to remove or lighten to wear it’s not noticeable. I never wore sunscreen before and i guess that’s why it’s darkened so much.
