Will bumps I have from Bellafill injections go away after almost four years? (Photos)

I had Bellafill injections in June 2015 - going on four years. The areas injected were two depressed areas between the corners of my mouth and my jawline and directly below my lower lip. I have been getting 5FU/kenalog injections since June 2016.
