Concaved/indented areola/nip area. Sinks in deep laying down. Sharp striking pain in breast through out day. Both breasts. Why?

My breast everyday throughout keep getting sharp stabbing uncomfortable pains, why? Why is my areola Concaved/indented it Sinks in deep. Surgery 1 yrs ago. When laying down right breast crinkles showing excess skin bunched up. More volume & different size in right then left. Absolutely no feeling in left breast anywhere on breast. Nip erects but I don't no or feel. Still numb all over breast. Will supply pics if needed

From your description it sounds as though you may have a suture abscess. They typically are well managed with minor care. Be sure to follow your surgeon's instructions and keep him/her updated on any changes that occur.

There are multiple reasons why tenderness may return after 6 weeks. You are still recovering at this point. You are likely back to your normal routine and you may have overused the muscle unknowingly. It is always best to speak with your surgeon about your concerns as he/she is most familiar...
