Concaved/indented areola/nip area. Sinks in deep laying down. Sharp striking pain in breast through out day. Both breasts. Why?

It sound as though you have saline implants through a peri-areolar incision. Saline has a tendency to thin the breast and cause crinkling, wrinkling etc. I would speak with your operating surgeon and let him / her know of your concerns.Stephen M. Davis, MD, FACSGreen Hills Plastic Surgery
