Dentist isn't registered with Invisalign...has been taking my money for what he sold as Invisalign. A year later after starting what I was led to believe is Invisalign, I'm only on my second tray. He tweaks them with heat in his office & they're so hideous I won't wear the tray during the day. I went online to ask Invisalign if this was normal - called "customer service" and the rep told me to ask if he's registered and that I will find his name online if he was (he's not but has taken my money) She wouldn't help me at all. What are my options? Thanks!
