Should I continue with wearing my new 5th tray of Invisalign if its not fitting tightly?

Hello, I am doing invisalign express. Last night I went to switch to my 5th tray, as it had been 2 weeks.They mostly fit fine, but the very back of my top tray on the upper right wasn't fitting tight to my teeth. I know I have it all the way on. I wear my trays 20-21 hours/day. There may have been a couple days I wore them 19 hours. Also, about a week ago, I unknowingly took my upper tray out while I was sleeping. I have no idea How long it was out. Should I keep the 5th tray in and hope my teeth shift into place? Or wear my 4th set until the 5th tray fits better?

Yes, continue to wear the 5th tray for the set time of 2 weeks and it should fit just fine in the coming days.  At the end of your second week in tray 5, it should feel fine.  If this is the case, continue on to tray 6.  If tray 6 does not fit at all, then go back to tray 5 and contact your dentist for further advice.  He/She may want to take new impressions or may be able to adjust the tray.  I've had great success using clear aligners (like Invisalign and Clear Correct) on my patients, so I would expect that things will be okay. keep on going, the 5th tray should sink in and settle down.  Don't go to #6 if it's still not fitting properly, give it an extra day or two.
