I had been unhappy with my teeth for a long time and was really self conscious about them. I knew that it would be fairly expensive to repair so I kept putting it off. I ended up getting two dental implants and full mouth veneers. It was SO worth the money that I spent as now I can talk, smile, etc. without feeling self conscious at all.

Faces will naturally change over time - a little. Physiologic forces, chewing, breathing, swallowing and other habits we develop with our orofacial muscles can cause the face to change dramatically over time. People with sleep apnea and breathing problems can see great changes in their appearance over time. You should get full records to at least capture where you are in time right now and then perhaps a very thoughtful airway savy dentist can examine and help identify what may be happening in your case and what can be done to reverse it.
There is probably someone who will try six month smiles or Inman on you. However, based on your photos it is in your best interest to do the DAMON bracket system which will correct things with the best possible results and the most stability. Many short-cut solutions are not stable and ultimately have to be retreated.
Sometimes tooth pain is really pain from the Jaw Joint that is referred to the teeth. With a very specific exam an astute practitioner can find the source. I would suggest you get evaluated by a practitioner that has a strong background in TMJ. Many dabble in it, but if you persist in questioning there may be a TMJ practitioner near you. It is not an officially recognized specialty by the ADA but some practices are limited to TMJ or do a lot of it.
It is unfortunate that you have had such a hard time with your new crowns. What you are describing can be related to pre-existing conditions. Without full records it is impossible to comment on your situation.
I am horrified as well. Sounds to me like you need to consult with a couple of good orthodontists. They will move your teeth into a more stable position. Crowns can lead to Root Canals in some cases and if not done well a host of other problems. Get some more opinions from professions!
