3.5 months ago, I underwent septo-rhinoplasty. I only wanted to have my septum fixed but the surgeon suggested I do a tweak to lesson a small hump and straighten the nose a bit. I was hesitant but went ahead since the surgery seemed pretty minor (under only two hours) and the surgeon is highly regarded. Now I have a dent in my nose. What could cause this? How complicated is it to fix? I am absolutely terrified about having another surgery but will not use fillers as they are too unpredictable.
