It may be due to a car accident I was in 6-7 years ago, but I'm unsure. I'm looking to do the most minimally invasive procedure possible to straighten my nose. I have no desire to change the shape or size.

It is difficult to tell from the one set of photos you posted. Your head is tilted up in the second set as your lips also appear differently. Over time the swelling will come down too and the nose may appear differently.
