Facial asymmetry concerns - what procedures will help to improve this? (Photos)

Inventive503772
I’ve been dealing with noticeable facial asymmetry that affects multiple areas of my face, and I’m hoping to get expert insight into the possible causes and treatment options. I appear to have signs of long face syndrome, and I’ve also been told I may have condylar hypoplasia, which I believe could be contributing to my jaw asymmetry and overall imbalance. My main concerns include my eyes—one appears larger or more open than the other, and both have a droopy or tired look—an uneven lower jaw (with one side more prominent), cheeks that sit at different heights or have uneven volume, lips that are slightly slanted when relaxed, and a chin that is recessed but also vertically long. Overall, my face looks elongated, droopy, and asymmetrical—especially in photos—and this has had a real impact on my confidence. I’m trying to understand whether these issues stem more from skeletal differences, soft tissue imbalance, or developmental conditions like condylar hypoplasia. I’m open to both surgical and non-surgical solutions depending on what would offer the most natural and meaningful improvement. I would greatly appreciate any recommendations on the best type of imaging or consultation to get an accurate diagnosis, along with any suggestions for procedures such as jaw surgery, chin reshaping or reduction, eyelid or brow lifts, fat grafting, implants, or filler-based corrections. Thank you very much for your time and expertise.
