I have recently been getting laser/fractional resurfacing for removal of acne scars, mainly on my cheeks and my forehead, but never the nose. However, at my last Fractional resurfacing session, it was another dermatologist than my usual one and she went through my entire face (including areas on my nose without asking). My nose feels a lot softer and my nose tip moves more easily. Could the laser have damaged the nose/nasal cartilage? Or is it due to breaking down the epidermis? Will it heal?
