I am 30 years old, currently using topical finasteride for 4 months. I also have a retrograde alopecia. Am I suitable for a ht procedure and get permanent results for the transplanted grafts?

It is possible to extract single hair follicles from the hairline. It is actually something that surgeons do during hair transplant repair procedures. Your doctor will decide on the punch size based on the characteristics of the hair. A punch size of 0.7 should work well, leaving no visible scars.
We suggest to use dermaroller after 8 month from the transplant. You need to use it at least 3 months or more. If you had side effects on minoxidil, you can use Rosemary oil.
There is significant difference between right and left side. Roots are visible on right side so that you should wait for 6 months. Process is going on. In this time send us monthly photographs. Lets follow your improvement.
