Question

After the 7 to 9 days of my FUE hair transplant , I was gently scrubbing my dry scalp of transplanted area ,I do Johnsons baby shampoo from 3rd day , I found hair fall with black spherical spots with crust while rubbing , kindly tell me did I lost my follicles , i restart doing smoke 2 cigarettes daily from day 4, I am tensed now :(

It is normal to have hair shedding days or weeks after surgery.  If you are concerned it is best to follow up with your doctor.

eklawia,That can be entirely normal. The hair shaft and epidermis or "scab" usually starts the temporary shed at that time. Look for there to be new growth starting anywhere from 2-4 months after the surgery and continuing until most grow in at about 12 months post procedure.Sincerely,Bernardino Arocha, MD

That's perfectly normal. Most transplanted hairs fall out between a week to a month after surgery, while scabs can take up to two weeks to fall. So, during this overlap period they often come out together, nothing to be concerned about unless you are picking off the scabs. However, you should wait until 2 weeks at the bare minimum to resume smoking regularly, ideally a month instead!

Shedding of the transplanted hair is perfectly normal after a hair transplant procedure and will occur anywhere from weeks 2 to 6 post op. Continue to follow your doctors post op care instructions and happy growing!

If it comes out on its own you should be fine.  The smoking on the other hand is DEFINITELY a HIGH risk for accelerating hair loss and causing POOR GROWTH post transplant.  Please give your hair a break and quit!
