The septum of the nose is broken and the bridge has collapsed after failed rhinoplasty. Because of that, the air that is sucked in irritates the septum and overall nose body causing suffocation and swelling. Therefore, the swelling is increasing. Should I breathe through my mouth and how at night? Please tell me about it because I don't want to breathe through my nose till the swelling settlement.
