Can lip filler leak after accidental lip bite?

I just accidentally bit my lip during dinner. It started bleeding pretty bad. I've had my lips injected with lipfillers 3 days ago. Can the lipfiller leak?

Hi and thank you for your question! It is extremely unlikely that lip fillers leak following accidental biting of your lips, so that shouldn't be a concern. Please keep monitoring the site of the bite to make sure other complications (infection) is not occurring, but other than that, there shouldn't be any negative impact on your lip fillers. Hi. Good question!No, you should not be leaking lip filler from a superficial bite. Filler is placed deep into the tissue.
