What can be done to decrease/eliminate upper eyelid exposure? (photo)

Question

I suffer from severely over exposed upper lids and I would like to decrease this look as much as possible. In the 1st picture (normal) my upper lids are huge, and in the 2nd picture you can see that if I furrow my brow deeply I can eliminate this exposure, which is ideal. Obviously it is impractical to walk around scowling all day. Can botox into the eyebrows give me the same effect as when I furrow my brow? Are there other procedures to fix lid over exposure? Thank you.

It is interesting in the "normal" photo that you appear to have a ptosis.  This may be because your head is tilted back a bit in the photo. If you had a true ptosis, your lid height should look even lower when you pull your brow down.When you pull your brow down, you will see less skin in the eyelid. However,  most people would say that your brow looks too low in that picture.  If you really like that look, botox into the forehead will lower the brow - just not sure if it will lower it to that level.

Your best bet is seeing a specialist.  That would be a board certified ophthalmologist surgeon who is fellowship trained in oculoplastic surgery. U appeared to have bilateral ptosis that is mild to moderate.  He need to start out with a good evaluation with an ophthalmologist.  With regards to your questions about Botox don't think that this will give you the effect that you're looking for.  Additionally if you just happened to have a hollow superior sulcus some volume or filler or fat along your superior orbital rim may be helpful but do not resort to this first.  Go see an ophthalmologist.
