3 years Breast Augmentation postop - Is areola repositioning possible and safe? (photos)

The lower can be lifted with a scar around the areola. This could be done in the office under local anesthesia. There is a small risk of loosing some sensation to the nipple area.

Options are: 1. correct alignment of areolae with either redo donut lift on lower side or L-shaped lift; 2. Exchange saller side to larger implant with correction of areola position; 3. add capsulotomy to #2.
