Would it be possible to create heart shaped areolas?

This is a pretty strange request but I am curious as to whether or not a surgeon would be able to/willing to essentially create heart shaped areolas. To further clarify, instead of only resizing, also shaping the areolas into a specific shape (like a heart.) I've often heard the alternative suggestion of tattoo but I find that in order to modify the shape as such it would drastically increase the size of the areola. Would this modification be possible? If so, would a surgeon be likely to agree?
