Hi. I have gotten a areola reduction done on July. I like the shape of them now, but there are areola bits left out of the areola, so there’s my areola, then there’s the white scar around it and then there’s areola bits that were “left out” during the reduction. Although they weren’t visible for some time right after the surgery. I went to my surgeon and he said he wouldn’t touch it, that it would be too tricky, not possible to remove them, and that it would happen again. Is he just avoiding it?

Without photos it's difficult to say if you are a good candidate for this procedure. If your implants are large they may be putting too much tension on the areola tissue and stretching it. If this is the case and you keep the implant size the same it may reoccur with a subsequent areola...
I'm sorry to hear of your unhappiness with your breasts. The only way to address your concerns is through surgery. From your photo it appears you would be a good candidate for an areola reduction as well as an augmentation. This would improve shape and correct the puffiness that you mentioned.
