Thank you for your question regarding what to do with your arms after a brachioplasty four days ago. Stay the course! It takes approximately 6-8 weeks to see the final results for a brachioplasty, arm lift/reduction, especially after three arm liposuction done previously. Your arm has been traumatized by multiple surgeries. More and more surgeries lead to more extended recovery periods. Therefore, give your arms time. It is most likely that the arms will be smaller in the next coming months. Compression would be essential. It is essential to wear your compression garment for at least six weeks after surgery. Suppose your arms continue to be swollen after your brachioplasty after six weeks. It would be best if you continued to wear your arm garments longer. All in all, your arms should be smaller after your brachioplasty. I am sure during your brachioplasty, arm skin, fat, and scar tissue was removed. This should reduce your arms. What arms look like four days after a brachioplasty is not what arms will appear like six months from now. Good luck.
