Last day of Medrol pak tmrw/ hyperbaric chamber today, 2 additional scheduled sessions. Had lymphatic massage. Any other suggestions/thoughts!

Facelift bruising can be decreased by taking Bromelain, Arnica, papayas and pineapples.
These bruises will usually resolve over the next few weeks.  Make sure there are no hematomas under the skin.  See your surgeon regularly to evaluate your healing.

To speed up healing, you can try adding hyperbaric oxygen, lymphatic massage, venus legacy or exilis radiofrequency treatments. To improve final results, we will often do a kybella and ultherapy about 4-6 weeks after neck and facelift to get more of an outcome. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
