Swelling at 15 days after rhinoplasty is often appreciable

Thank you for the question.  If you have before and after photos I would upload them as they would be very helpful.  Swelling at 15 days is often appreciable so you will definitely see some changes as time progresses.  Whether these changes affect the tip location or angle will depend on what was done.

All the best.

At 15 days, it is very difficult to make any assessment of the ultimate result. Typically the tip will fall in the week or two after the tape and the cast comes off as the tape was pulling the tip up a bit and the swelling causes the tip to fall just a bit.  So, patience is best at this time.
