Hello, I used to have pigmentation under my eyes (not dark circles but pigmentation). After I had a facelift and the surgeon cut off skin by pushing it forward from my lower eyelid - I didn't have pigmentation / colored eyelids / dark circles. For 2 years (since I got my surgery) it was all white and perfect. But 3 days ago - I saw dark circles coming? I'm so confused. I sleep and drink well. Is it the pigmentation coming back after 2 years or are they just temporary dark circles?
