Hi, 25 year old female here of South Asian and Arab descent.. I have a lot of pigmentation patches on the backs of my legs, thighs and pubic area. I was wondering if there is any effective and permanent procedure to even out my skin colour so it is uniform. This issue makes me extremely self-conscious!
