How will I treat these dark spots caused by microneedling? (Photo)

I have had darker spots around the bridge of my nose since puberty. I use an electric derma pen for my hair at 1.5mm for hair loss. I decided to try it on the bridge of my nose and brow area just above my nose. It insanty drew a lot of blood and those areas are now very dark, it's been two weeks and I'm concerned as it looks way worse than it did before - honsesty it wasn't bad to begin with. *Sigh* Any advice would be welcomed.
