Botox generally lasts anywhere from 3-4 months depending on the patient, many factors can manipulate the outcome of your procedure including how quickly your body metabolizes the product, how frequently you contract the muscle, and the dosage that you were given. Generally under the brow only takes a couple units to take effect and factors such as muscle strength and age will determine exactly how much you may need.
