Can I use the 'Clear' from Obagi nuderm, long term? If I stop the treatment would my pigmentation come back?

Yes you can use another brand, but be sure to choose a medical grade sunscreen that provides full spectrum protection. Your skin will be especially sensitive when using Nu Derm so a high quality sunscreen is essential.
