Hello, I had a jaw advancement 15 years ago, as a result I have small plates on each side of my jaw. I have also had 7 dental implants. I would like to have ultraformer therapy 3 on my neck and under my chin to remove the fat and tighten this area for my wedding day. Is it safe to have this treatment? Thank you
