I have spent 4 days this week at the dentist getting the temporary put back on. I am not chewing anything on that side it just pops off for no reason. It hurts to go without it, but ibuprofen controls the pain.. It is tiring going to dentist so often, not to mention missing work. At this point, I've spent more time without the temp. than with it. I hate to keep it up with no success. Can't I just go without until the permanent is ready in 2 weeks?

Your smile is not even, and you will need to change the crowns, and abutments, provably is good time for you to have a more nice and even smile, with veneers not he side teeth, and crowns over those implants, the effect of crowns sunk, will be corrected.
If your doctor, did not make a crown that has chimney so the final crown is screw retained to the implant, this is one of the must common errors of doctors, all crowns must be able to be torched if they get loose, if your doctor did not give you the option to decide, its his fault, and now you...
I would not be worried about this. As long as the tissues do not bleed and there is no pain, then your crown and tissues should be fine. If you are overly concerned have your restorative dentist evaluate it for you.
