I got a TCA peel 4 days ago that was 10% strength. I have not experienced any horrible peeling, however, my skin is a bit tight and dry. I am African American golden brown color (yellow undertone). I have heard of TCA peels not being for "ethnic" skin so I was hesitant to even get this done. The aesthetician at my derms office said that to get results I would need the TCA peel and that we would need to go up 20%. I am not sure this is wise based on what I have seen as a result of my research.
