My boyfriend had to get three little dotted tattoos removed to join the Army but when he went to laser treatment it didn't really do much. He bought 80% TCA and applied it to the three dots and I want to speed up the healing process. What can be applied to help it heal faster ?

TCA peels can work over time to improve the keratosis pilaris but only lasers in my experience have improved the area long term. Glycolic and lactic acid creams work daily for softening. Often there is no cure, but only improvement with all modalities. Best, Dr. Emer.
