Hello, I have been working out for a few years now and through working out there is a bulking up process where I need to eat excess calories to gain weight. I was wondering, does lifting weights and eating excess calories accelerate hair loss or no? I read that weight training increases DHT or something like that which accelerates hair loss, but I also read at sites which said that the DHT increase is not high enough to be of any relevance. Can any doctors answer this for me? Thank you!
