How long ago was your accident? The scars still appear slightly pink, and if this is a recent accident, it is possible that some or all of your hair may grow back as you continue to heal. If there is permanent loss of hair, transplantation into the area can be very successful. Follicles obtained via follicular unit extraction (FUE) or linear extraction (FUT) can be effectively transplanted. (Please see reference below and associated video). Good luck!
Whether your hair is going to grow back in those areas depends if you still have follicles in the dermis and that is impossible to determine from these images. Chances are that if the accident occurred more than 18 months ago then they are gone and the only way to get hair growing would be with a hair transplant.Dr John Frank, MDNew YorkOhio
If these scars are recent, your hair still may grow back. You'll just have to wait to see. If your hair does not regrow, a follicular unit extraction (FUE) hair transplant could be an option to get hair there again. I recommend you visit a hair restoration doctor to evaluate your scalp and scar and determine your options.
This looks like two scars from the accident. If they are dermal, then your hair will likely not grow back and you might consider FUE transplanting or cosmetic revision surgery to improve the appearance. A combination of both should result in a normal appearance. If this is a photo of a superficial abrasion from the accident, you may get your hair back.
The photos make it a bit difficult to say. In general there are both temporary and permanent forms of hair loss after traumatic injury. It's hard to say if you'll grow hair back fully. Proper wound care, and control of infection gives the highest chance of regrowth. In general, an individual will know in 9 months if any amount of hair loss is permanent.
from your pictures, the possibility of growing hair in the scar areas are very low. It is best to contact a hair restoration specialist for evaluation and possible hair transplant or scar removal as a treatment option.
From the photos, these scars probably reflect wounds where the scalp was open and closed without sutures or if closed with sutures had the scars stretched. These will not grow hair. Depending upon where they are located, the could be treated with scalp micropigmentation (see web reference below for a good example of this treatment).
The photo you are showing is of two scars that have healed. It is unlikely that hair will grow in that area. The treatment is transplantation of hair grafts into the scars.
If you have lost unusual amount of hair during the past few months and you are concerned, you need to see a hair restoration specialist or a dermatologist in you area to find the cause for you hair loss and possible treatment options.
Before starting on medication for hair loss treatment, it is a good idea to see a doctor for an examination. You should have a diagnosis before starting treatment.
Maybe it is early genetic balding or maybe it is maturing hair line. You really cannot confirm a diagnosis with photos.
