Do Morpheus8 results vary greatly by provider?

I have been quoted $900/session by a physician/med spa owner for Morpheus 8 for arms/face/neck. I have also been quoted $2000/session for the same thing by a cosmetic dermatologist. Do results depend greatly on skill to the point that the extra cost is worth it?

The price does not necessarily dictate the experience.  It is best to ask how long they have been doing the treatments, what kind of results they’ve had.  In my practice, I have established success from repeat treatments at different energies and depth to see the most noticeable difference.   Ultimately, it is important for you to understand, for the best results, repeat treatments will be necessary. Hope that helps.

Good question- The cost of Morpheus8 depends on numerous factors, including:

The size of the treatment area
The number of areas being treated
The number of treatments required

Depending on the treatment regimen and patient goals 1-3 sessions are usually recommended. Because of that, it’s difficult to quote a price without first examining the patient. I would suggest requesting a projected treatment time from both offices, which will help you to determine the amount of passes/settings they plan to use.

yes morpheus varies significantly by providers ive seen numerous burns and skin damage from those who didn't follow protocols or who arent experienced or who do not pre and post treat the skin. prices can range from 1000-3000/area depending on who does it.  I suggest seeing an expert and preparing your skin with emeragecosmetics cosmelan, enlighten or aerify kits and post treating with our non ablative protocols.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Hello there.  There does seem to be a great deal of variation in medical spa treatment pricing for Morpheus and all the other treatments available out there.  I think a lot of that has to do with the economy and location that the practice is in and the overhead costs of the particular practitioner.  Results do depend on skill, experience, judgement and proper patient selection.  I would advise you to make your choice based upon available before and after pics from the practice, the number of cases performed, and whether or not your procedure will be performed by a board certified physician versus a technician.
