A year ago, I had orthognathic surgery on my lower jaw to improve my severe overbite opted to get the genioplasty with it. While my bite is better, I feel like it looks very unbalanced and awkward compared to the rest of my face. I'm especially unhappy with how it looks in profile. Im not sure, but I feel like all of the scar tissue that developed contributes to how strange my bottom lip looks. I'm wondering what can I do to achieve a softer, more natural look?
