Hello kthrash,Thanks for your question.Actually other than a slightly small chin on profile view, you appear quite balanced.  On the front view there is a slight height difference in your chin.  These things can be improved with injectable filler or custom chin implant placement to make your face a bit more heart shaped.It is possible to soften the scar in your lower lip with steroid injections to improve any tethering of your lower lip. But, cosmetically speaking, you have nice balance between your upper and lower lips.I hope this helps.Dr. Shah

The key piece of information that is missing in trying to answer your question is what you initially looked like before the jaw/chin advancements. It may be that while the sliding genioplasty made things look 'right' by the numbers and tracings, the amount of chin protrusion may seem unnatural for you and has altered your famiiar facial proportions. It some women it can make them look harsh or too skeletonized. A sliding geniplasty can in some patients also make the chin and lower lip feel stiff.
