i have Braun 50 I.U. 30G syringes for the injections. I am just a little confused as to how much saline to mix with the Dysport? BTW my husband is a Doctor, but he's not interested in learning this process so I am learning how to do it and to teach him. Obviously I have been getting Dysport for years, but am tired of paying someone else to do it when my husband can. Thank you for any information provided.

Answer: Fake Dysport Most probably you purchased a fake disport. Also you have handled the disport inappropriately. To save a $100 you are taking a grave risk.Throw the vial away. No Doctor of any sense of patient safety would use a medication that we do not know where it came from or if it is real. Your husband is right in not using a drug on you that is of unknown origin and safety(He would be legally liable). In my practice I would do every thing to report you peddling a dangerous medication of unknown origin.

Answer: Dysport self injection - NO! This is a bad idea. This vial is not from the US and almost certainly has not been refrigerated throughout its course to you. There is also no way to tell if this is actually Dysport or counterfeit. I highly discourage you from doing this. Docs can get the product from the company. There are 2 recent disasters on Realself of self injection with complications. One with "Botox" and the other with "Juvederm". Don't do it.
