I have many very small hypertrophic "pebblestone" acne scars. I've seen reference to a method where the doctor uses fraxel with a 'steroid drip" right after the fraxel treatment. Is this an advisable procedure for very small raised scars (Doctors have told me that the scars are too small to inject individually).
